Servicing
As Nordad’s customers, you earn the privilege of special additional discounts given, above what other ordinary Stamford Tyres members will get. The discounts stated below, are inclusive of the additional discounts mentioned. The benefits are:
• 25% discount off the retail price on Falken & Continental tyres
• Additional 3% discount off the package deal on rims & tyres
• 10% discount on most car accessories, batteries, etc.
**Note**: All Nordad’s customers are entitled to join Stamford Tyres ‘Intune’ membership for free.

Warranty
Customers who purchase vehicles, less than 3 years from the original registration dates or vehicles with less than 100,000 km on the cars, are granted Nordad’s minimum warranty of 6 months or 10,000km (calculated from the purchase date) whichever comes first.

This warranty covers the gear box and the main engine. It does not cover tyres, radio, battery, bulbs, spark plugs, and other wear and tear components, unless this has been expressly stated in the agreement upon purchase and counter-signed by the Sales Manager only.

In the event of a warranty claim being submitted by the customer, the company shall, at its entire discretion, repair or replace the defective material at the vendor’s expense. All parts or components replaced by the company, shall become the property of the company and must be handed over to the company upon request.

The warranty herein shall expire and the company’s liability thereon shall cease immediately if:

The customer fails to report any defect within a reasonable time (and in any event no later than seven (7) days) upon discovery thereof, or
The vehicle or any parts thereof has been rendered unfit/unusable as a consequence of the customers failure to keep to the recommendation stated in the owners’ handbook and/or any service schedule/s pertaining to the vehicle, or
The vehicle is modified, tampered with or has been repaired /maintained by person/s other than the company’s authorized service agent (Stamford Tyre), or
The vehicle or parts thereof have been used improperly, e.g. in motor sports competition/s.
The owner is negligible in the use of, or used for purposes other than the vehicle is designed.
Any change/s in ownership.

This warranty shall not cover damages due to improper parts / fittings by/from a non-manufacturer or caused by natural wear and tear and / or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the company or the manufacturer.
